SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Effective Reach

We are actively seeking companies interested in reaching an influential demographic of bicyclists, golfers and anglers. The majority of the festival participants will be coming from the Front Range including Denver Metro Areas, Boulder, Colorado Springs and Ft. Collins. By holding this festival in the Roaring Fork Valley, sponsors directly benefit by reaching a captive Front Range audience.

A 15-20% draw of spin enthusiasts from the mountain and Western Slope communities is anticipated based upon their participation in and our promotions at outdoor athletic competitions that occur before August. Additional exposure of your company on a national and international basis is likely due to the demographics of vacationers or second home owners who already frequent this pristine Valley. Consequently, your sponsorship of a specific element or event at the aSpin Aspen provides the perfect opportunity to introduce or expand your business into these markets.

All sponsors can be assured that this festival will not provide our participants with just another T-shirt with that "logo soup" on the back. That form of "memento" is tacky and ineffective. Your marketing dollars deserve to be spent in more effective ways. In fact, our team will only produce memorable pieces of clothing or giveaways using outstanding designs. Only the name of the specific business that is directly responsible for its production will be visible besides the festival's logo and possibly that of the title or event sponsor. If something is constructed, count on the fact that our festival goers who will know exactly who made it possible.

The following list identifies the various ways for branding your business name to a specific element or spin sport activity so that it does not get lost or go unrecognized. You can also count on our willingness to create a new category that best suits your promotional needs. Full descriptions are found below.

L) RestFest™ (per location)  [ categories ]
Rather than having a mere rest stop along the route of a given spin activity, our planners decided to jazz things up a bit more than providing light snacks, refreshments and the chance for participants to relax or stretch. Music, via live band or deejay, again returns in keeping with the festival theme. We want our riders to meet other riders, have fun, and celebrate together. Music also serves to welcome participants and guests into the area, giving all a chance to dance away the kinks, and providing all with a royal send off back to the start location. A stage with covering, support structures, and portable generators are required. Invitations for 2 couples to the post-festival appreciation honors are included.

All major or halfway rest stops will feature music performed live or by an experienced deejay. Your company has the unique opportunity to sponsor the performance for all event riders. Appropriate signage, banners and logos will be placed on the stage or designated tent area. Your sponsorship will also receive pertinent public announcements over the public address system. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to meet with the musicians or talent both onstage and in private.

Each event has one or more rest stops along the scenic route. These stops provide food, beverages, shelter, trash receptacles, and Port-O-Lets. Major stops, typically at the far end of the out-and-back journeys We want to cater to our riders with an abundance of offerings such as energy bars, specialized drinks, fruit, cookies and other snack items. This sponsor is able to place signage, hang banners, and use your own customized logo tents. Direct interaction with the riders provides ample opportunities for giveaways, on-site sampling, surveys, and merchandising. You can even provider your own volunteers to help out at these stops while wearing company t-shirts or hats. Outstanding service always garnishes attention.

M) Custom Clothing or Headwear  [ categories ]
Many event T-shirts today simply place their colored logo on the front and use the backside to print all the sponsors’ logos in black and white. Our festival staff feels that the intended effect of sponsoring an event is lost, often due to a lack of effective placement or simply too many being displayed. Consequently, as a more powerful alternative, this sponsor is granted the opportunity to provide a custom shirt for any independent event or as a sub-event of the Presentation Sponsors. You will be given the sole right for logo placement other than the name of the event, the Title Sponsor, and, if applicable, the Presenting Sponsor. Participants welcome such an offering because they no longer feel liked a clustered billboard.

All custom clothing and/or headwear will be ordered upon the completion of the festival, not in advance. We will order to an exact, fixed count without any surplus items. Participants will be instructed to pick up their requested products and sponsor retailers throughout the Metro Areas

N) Start / Finish Banners  [ categories ]
Each event has a designated location that serves as both the start and finish line. Spin Enthusiasts will gather early, often well in advance of the starting times, to ensure a position with all of their friends, team mates or family members. This is especially true for those riders seeking a good position for a competitive event. The heightened excitement often causes the participants to focus solely on the start/finish line as they wait in anticipation of the start. This fact will be even more pronounced considering we have renamed these lines more appropriately as Inhale / Exhale and Take-Off / Landing lines. As this sponsor, you have a valuable opportunity to attach your company’s name and logo to this highly-photographed banner and have your own volunteers interact with the riders with your logoed t-shirts or hats. We will do our best to create the most fanfare possible for both the beginning and end of each event by the presence of an announcer on a public address system.

O) Breakfast Benefit  [ categories ]
Many literature review and speaking opportunities exist with this sit down event. Although the targeted sponsor for this event would be a food provider, either medical or insurance companies would be well suited to due its appropriateness to the trials for RxSURE®. This sponsor is able to place and post collateral materials in the conference space, adjacent halls, and passageways. The breakfast gives  participants a change to enjoy outstanding food, mingle and have fun. The event is also an appropriate setting for promotional giveaways or samplings. Your employees may even want to help out at the breakfast while wearing company t-shirts or hats. Outstanding service always garnishes attention.
